Q: Why do you give a 2-hour arrival window?
A: We see more than one house per day. There’s always a possibility that we are given a wrong alarm code and we have to deal with law enforcement or that the dog 
“that won’t hurt anybody,” suddenly becomes territorial. How ’bout traffic? Maybe there’s an entry problem. We’d rather give you a 2-hour window than give you a specific time and be late.
